We are pleased to offer engraving services for a personalized touch on your special jewelry pieces. Please review the terms and conditions below before proceeding:

Character Limit: Our standard engraving allows for up to 20 characters, including spaces. Special characters and symbols may not be supported depending on the font style

Non-Returnable Policy: Engraved jewelry is custom-made and, therefore, non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is present. Please ensure the accuracy of your engraving details when placing the order.

Cost of Engraving: We offer complimentary engraving on select items, such as engagement rings and wedding bands. For other jewelry items, engraving may incur an additional fee, which will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Processing Time: Engraving can add extra processing time to your order. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for engraved pieces to be completed. If you have a specific deadline, let us know so we can assist with expedited processing where possible.

Coverage
• The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the jewelry.
• Repairs or replacements due to manufacturing defects are provided at no charge.

Exclusions
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized alterations.
• Loss of stones or parts due to negligence, theft, or accidents is typically excluded.
• Any repairs or modifications made by third-party jewelers may void the warranty.

Maintenance
• Cleaning and polishing services may be included in the warranty for maintaining the jewelry’s appearance.

Non Transferable
• The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable to others.

Proof of Purchase
• The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided to claim any warranty service.

Limitations
• The company may reserve the right to substitute similar items if the original design is discontinued.
• The warranty may be void if the item is damaged beyond repair or if it is deemed irreparable due to extensive wear

RESIZES
COMPLIMENTARY RESIZING
We offer one complimentary resize up to one full US size by the quarter, half, or full size (which is equivalent to two full European/UK sizes). If your engagement ring resize request is outside of one full size, you may need to return or reset your ring.

INFINITY AND ETERNITY BAND STYLES
These products cannot be resized; they must be returned and repurchased.
